How do I search for a business or service?
Type what you need in the search bar or explore the categories. You can search by business name, type of business, or service — for example: pharmacy, mechanic, or bakery.
How do I use the filters?
From search, you can narrow results by category, zone, delivery, or availability. If an option doesn't appear, clear some filters and try again.
Why does Te Lo Tengo ask for my location?
Location is optional and is used to help you find nearby businesses. You can keep exploring the directory even if you choose not to allow it, and you can change the permission anytime from your phone's settings.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes. Te Lo Tengo saves directory information on your phone so you can look up businesses when you have poor signal or no internet. If you see an outdated-information notice, confirm the hours before you go.
What do I do if I can't reach a business?
Check your connection and try the WhatsApp, call, or map button again. Hours, replies, sales, and services depend directly on each business.
How do I report incorrect information?
Use the report option on the business's profile. You can also email [email protected] with the business name and the detail we should check.
How do I delete my account?
You can start the deletion from the app under Profile → Account → Delete Account. If you no longer have access to the app, see our account deletion page.
Do you represent a business?
Business registration and initial updates are done through our website, not from this in-app support page.
